Dave and Jessica are Back! They came and took back the management here at The Terrace Motel, the rooms are clean , they greet every person as if they are family and don't balck at any request big or small. I have been here almost a month and seen more positive changes in the last three days than any time prior to their return. Thank you
Me and my mother stayed at the terrace motel,in the process of waiting to buy our home,we were greeted by the friendliest people,Colter and Jessica ..The rooms rooms were so clean and We were astonished at the rates for the clean beautiful stay we had there,if there was anything that was missing that we wanted ,Colter or Jessica would run to the store and actually purchase it for us at their own expense.Not to mention they would never tolerate any foul behavior or no disobedience on the property to make their guest feel at home and comfortable.I felt they treated us us just like family,it was the best exp. Me and my mother have ever had .Nice clean stylish rooms with great service,
The new management has done so many nice changes to the motel. The rooms are newly remodeled and very clean. I stayed there for a month and would recommend staying there to all my friends and family . Great job Jessica and Colton
Such a wonderful experience and stay at the Terrace in Coos Bay. Awesome staff accommodated me during my business trip. Rooms are clean, prices are fair and I was even able to find nearby laundry services. I highly recommend anyone to stay here whether local or passing by.
This is a very nice family-oriented place to stay! I felt right at home as soon as I got there to check in. There are no thoughts of danger, as such would be the case of many other establishments. The entire family is exceptionately courteous to the needs of the guest and would go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable during your stay! Need anything? Just ask! Just don't forget your morning fill up of coffee and breakfast before you leave for the day!
This motel has done a lot of renovation to shake its filthy past. New owners have done a good job. Price and bad. And I was able to sleep through the nite. I stay at the terrace frequently
Stayed in a newly renovated room, towels and bedding were clean, WiFi was fast . The manager Jessica was so sweet, made sure all our needs were met and then some . Stayed here a few years ago and this place has improved completely! Will definitely be staying here on our next visit!
We are longterm stayers at the Terrace. I just want to say how phenomenal the current manager runs this place. We've stayed here long enough to live through some very chaotic and odd circumstances, but I think that comes with the location. Overall our room is roomy, cozy, and well ventilated. If we had any complaint, it is that the walls are paper thin, but that comes with a lot of hotels. Our neighbors are courteous and management is almost always available to assist with a problem. Vacancies don't occur often here but I highly recommend this place to those looking for an open minded place to stay for a while, with very reasonable pricing. Extended stays and month to month leases are the standard here.
